MODESTO, Calif. (AP) - The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department says a body found in a dairy catch pond in Modesto is believed to be that of a 47-year-old Nicholle Yarnell, who was reported missing by family members on Jan. 16.

A sheriff’s statement says the two dairy workers found the body on Feb. 28.

The tentative identification is based on the description of the clothing that was provided when the Modesto woman went missing. Her car also was found in the same area on Paradise Road.

Detectives have found no signs of foul play.

Positive identification is pending an autopsy and DNA testing.
