BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A man has died in Billings after his sport utility vehicle collided with a city tractor equipped with a snow auger.

Police say the SUV hit the oncoming tractor at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Yellowstone County Coroner Chad Fehr tells The Billings Gazette (https://bit.ly/NS0E0y) that 47-year-old Mark Hamilton of Billings died at the scene of blunt force trauma to the torso.

The crash is still under investigation.
