CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A 34-year-old Johnson County man has been sentenced to six life sentences without parole for the sexual abuse of multiple children under the age of 10 years old.

District Judge William Edelman sentenced Michael Allan Lindstrom, of Buffalo, last week.

Lindstrom was convicted in December of three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and three counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor following a six-day jury trial.

According to a sex offender registry site, Lindstrom was previously convicted of sexual exploitation of a child in January 2006 in Buffalo and third-degree sexual assault in October 2001 in Sheridan.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1dXvpHO) that Lindstrom received an additional 40 to 50 years in prison for sexual assault and aggravated assault and battery.
