SEATTLE (AP) - It was some kind of rude food weekend in Seattle.

Police say one man attacked a stranger for a bite of his burrito and a non-guest helped himself to a cup of hotel lobby coffee, then hurled the hot beverage at a front desk clerk who asked him to leave.

Police say the burrito eater was sitting outside a restaurant Saturday when a man walked up and demanded a bite. The diner said no. Then police say the stranger shoved the victim, punched him in the head and ran. Officers arrested a 24-year-old man nearby.

Late Saturday night, police say a man entered a hotel lobby and poured himself a free 16-ounce cup of coffee. Then he began complaining about the other free items in the lobby.

A front desk employee realized the man had previously been banned from the hotel and asked him to leave. On his way out, the man tossed his cup toward the clerk, soaking her in coffee. He was arrested for investigation of assault.
