NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - Police say a woman has died of a gunshot wound in her southeastern Pennsylvania home.
WPVI-TV (https://bit.ly/1lGKFkm) said Pennsylvania State Police are identifying the victim as the pregnant wife of a state trooper from the Skippack barracks.
The Montgomery County district attorney’s office said the shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. Friday inside the home in East Norriton.
WPVI said investigators are trying to piece together what happened but they are labeling the shooting as accidental.
No other details were immediately available.
