BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) - Crews are searching for a 45-year-old Henderson man who disappeared in the waters of Lake Mead over the weekend.

National Park Service officials say they got a 911 call a little before 5 p.m. Saturday reporting the man had vanished near Castle Reef in the Boulder Basin. Witnesses say he was swimming without a life jacket and started to struggle before going under.

Rescuers had to call off their search for the man after a few hours because of high winds.

They continued their search on Sunday and again on Monday.
