CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) - Illinois has set an 11 a.m. kickoff for its homecoming game against Minnesota this fall.

The Illini announced the start time for the Oct. 25 game on Tuesday. No television coverage plan has been announced.

Illinois has now set start times for three of its games this fall with nine left to go.

The Illini didn’t face Minnesota in 2013 but have lost three straight to the Gophers.

Illinois claims to be one of the first universities in the country to celebrate homecoming. The Illini are 44-57-2 in homecoming games dating back to 1910.
