ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Winds from another round of storms have knocked trees into some homes in an Ann Arbor neighborhood.

The Ann Arbor News reports (https://bit.ly/1jEjBkh ) that at least 10 large trees have been toppled Tuesday afternoon. Power lines also are reported down.

The National Weather Service has issued severe thunderstorm warnings for Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Sanilac, St. Clair and Wayne counties.

Flooding from heavy rainfall over the past couple of days also is a problem in some parts of the state.

The Grand Rapids Press reports that a flood advisory has been issued for the area surrounding the Ionia County Fairgrounds. The Grand River is just over 13 feet and approaching flood stage. The newspaper reports that the river is expected crest Thursday evening at 16 feet.
