NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - The registration deadline is Friday for the tractor safety course scheduled for June 2 and 3 in North Platte.

The training will be held at the West Central Research and Extension Center.

Youths 14 or 15 years of age who work on farms or ranches other than their parents’ are required to be certified through a tractor safety course. Extension Educators and field specialists will teach the course.

The course costs $60, which covers all materials, testing and lunches. Call the Extension office at 308-532-2683 or email [email protected] for registration materials.
