BELTON, Texas (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a Central Texas man charged with wounding three police officers and suspected of fatally shooting a fourth as they served a drug warrant.

Bell County jail records show Marvin Louis Guy of Killeen was being held Thursday on $3 million bond. A grand jury in Belton on Wednesday indicted Guy on three counts of attempted capital murder related to the May 9 wounding of three Killeen officers.

District Attorney Henry Garza says evidence is still being gathered for possible additional charges against Guy over the death of Officer Charles “Chuck” Dinwiddie.

Dinwiddie died two days after being shot while he and the other officers tried to serve a narcotics warrant at Guy’s apartment.
