FOLEY, Minn. (AP) - Police in St. Cloud say they’ve made an arrest in the death of a man who had been missing for several months.

The body of 31-year-old Jamie Wylie, of Foley, was found March 25 behind a business east of St. Cloud. An autopsy determined Wylie had been fatally shot. Wylie’s family said they last had contact with him in December.
