BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - An autopsy determined a body found in Coulson Park in Billings was that of an adult male, but Yellowstone County officials are still trying to confirm his identity.

Sheriff Mike Linder says officers have more interviews to conduct and the man’s name may not be confirmed until next week.

Linder tells The Billings Gazette (https://bit.ly/1p09GZv ) that after two men discovered the body Wednesday evening several people contacted the sheriff’s office with possible leads.

Linder says the man’s body had been in the underbrush “for quite some time.”
