PITTSBURGH (AP) - Authorities say a Wayne Township teenager has died after the ATV he was riding on ran off the road and struck two trees in western Pennsylvania.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that 17-year-old Samuel Thomas Young was declared dead at the scene of the crash Sunday afternoon by Greene County Deputy Coroner William Lewis Jr.
State police say the teen was unlawfully operating the ATV on the roadway when he ran off and hit two trees around 2 p.m.
