CASSVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Police say an Austell man has been arrested after shooting into a crowd during a party and rodeo in Bartow County.
Sheriff Clark Millsap tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution 25-year-old Celestino Moras was arrested after witnesses called about a shooting at a party Sunday night after a drunk man was asked to leave. Authorities say three people were shot and a fourth was cut on the hand with a knife. Officials say the victims were treated at local hospitals and have been released.
Authorities say bystanders captured Moras, but a second suspect fled the scene and has yet to be identified.
Moras is charged with aggravated assault and it’s unclear if he has an attorney.
