CAMDEN, S.C. (AP) - An 18-year-old man wanted in a shooting death in Anderson earlier this month has been arrested after a traffic stop in Kershaw County.

Authorities said Marquez Goss was heading back home Saturday night from Myrtle Beach on Interstate 20 when the car he was in was pulled over. The deputy saw the warrant for Goss and arrested him without incident.

Police say Goss shot 32-year-old Anthony Jamison after the two argued and fought on May 11 in Anderson. Investigators say Goss was walking away after the confrontation, then turned and fired on Jamison.

Goss remains in jail. It wasn’t known if he had a lawyer.
