WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police have charged two teenagers, ages 13 and 14, with carjacking a vehicle at knifepoint.

It happened about 9:40 p.m. Sunday on West 5th Street. Police say the youths approached a woman, displayed a knife, took the keys to her car, and drove off.

Officers spotted the car and apprehended the youths after the fled the vehicle on foot.

The teenagers are each charged with carjacking and conspiracy.
