ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) - A 32-year-old Attleboro man charged with throwing an underage drinking party and sexually assaulting two teenage girls is headed to court.

Jonathan Silveira is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday on charges including of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years old and procuring liquor for a person under 21.

Police tell The Sun Chronicle they responded to a disturbance at his apartment just after midnight Saturday.

Police say Silveira had purchased alcohol for several teens.

During the party, police allege Silveira exposed himself to one girl and sexually assaulted two girls, all under age 18.



He is currently being held by Attleboro police on bail of $5,000 and it wasn’t clear if he had a lawyer.
