PHOENIX (AP) - A Phoenix man wanted in a homicide case, an alleged assault on his girlfriend and the reported abduction of their baby son has been arrested.
Reyes Holguin was taken into custody without incident Wednesday by Phoenix police and the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
Police say the 21-year-old Holguin has been booked into jail on suspicion of second-degree murder and additional charges.
He was accused of kidnapped his 7-month-old son Monday night. The baby was found safe on Tuesday morning.
Police say Holguin was wanted in connection with the shooting death of a man on April 27.
Details weren’t immediately released and it was unclear Wednesday evening if Holguin has an attorney yet.
