CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Most of West Virginia remains under a flash flood watch.

The National Weather Service issued the advisory for the possibility of heavy rains on already saturated ground through Thursday evening.

The watch area excludes the Eastern Panhandle and portions of the Potomac Highlands and the southeastern corner of the state.
