U.S. House, 3rd Congressional District:

Democratic Rep. Nick Rahall faces Richard Ojeda in the May 13 Democratic primary. Rahall is expected to win that race, setting up a tough re-election campaign against Republican Evan Jenkins, a state senator, who is running unopposed in the GOP primary.
