5-ton air conditioning unit stolen from church

FLINT, Mich. (AP) - A 5-ton air conditioning unit has been reported stolen from a Flint church.

The Flint Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1fJmnok ) that the person who reported the theft told police she left the church on Wednesday night and got a call about 12 hours later from a church member about a possible break-in.

A police report says security fencing surrounding the air conditioning unit had been bent and the unit, valued at $5,000, was missing.

Police don’t have any information about possible suspects in the theft.
