WORLAND, Wyo. (AP) - A conference to help agriculture producers learn ways to improve their existing agritourism businesses and provide resources to those interested in starting in the industry is being held this week in Worland.

The Wyoming Business Council’s Marketing, Agriculture and You Conference is taking place Monday and Tuesday.

The conference features keynote speaker Carrie Mess, who is also known as Dairy Carrie. Mess is considered one of the nation’s leading advocates for agriculture.

She will discuss the importance of agriculture producers being engaged in consumer education and how agritourism can help.

The conference also features several breakout sessions for attendees to learn more about opportunities available to them in agritourism and the ag industry in Wyoming.
