NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a high school teacher has been charged with having sex with a 17-year-old student.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jerry Shorts of Wilmington was arrested Friday and charged with sexual abuse of a child by a person of trust, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
