KEENE, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster says a woman who died of a possible drug overdose was a victim of a homicide.

Foster says the circumstances surrounding the death of 52-year-old Katherine Churchill of Keene remain under investigation.

She was found dead inside her apartment on Feb. 4. An autopsy was conducted and samples were sent out for toxicological testing. With those results, New Hampshire Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie Duval was able to determine Churchill’s death was a homicide.
