MIDLAND, Texas (AP) - Police say a man who was found shot and lying in a West Texas street has died at a hospital.
Midland police are trying to determine whether the gunfire before dawn Monday was related to drugs.
Authorities identified the victim as 27-year-old Humberto Joshua Ramos. Police say Ramos, who was shot several times, died during surgery at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Officials ordered an autopsy. Further details weren’t immediately released.
