TOWN OF MENASHA, Wis. (AP) - Prosecutors in Winnebago County have issued criminal charges after a man was found dead in an apparent burglary at his Town of Menasha apartment.

Forty-two-year-old Sean Oehlke is charged with first-degree reckless homicide, felony murder and burglary.

WBAY-TV (https://bit.ly/1u5MxXP ) reports investigators say Oehlke was staying with relatives at the same apartment building where 68-year-old William Summers was found dead Oct. 23. Police were called to the victim’s apartment by a neighbor who discovered his body.

Authorities say Summers was likely killed when he confronted Oehlke.
