FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Law enforcement in Cumberland County says three men are charged with murder and armed robbery, and a fourth person is charged with being an accessory in the August shooting death of a Fayetteville man.

A statement from the sheriff’s office says 22-year-old Quantae Symel Jones of Hope Mills is in the Cumberland County Detention Center. He’s charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy.

The sheriff’s office says Jones is one of three suspects who shot and killed 31-year old DeKendric Graham outside a residence where he was visiting with friends after leaving a nightclub. Detectives said the suspects planned to rob Graham, who was known to be a drug dealer who kept large amounts of cash and drugs on him.

Jones was scheduled for a court appearance on Thursday.
