SEATTLE (AP) - Forecasters say Friday’s rain in Washington should ease by the time Halloween trick-or-treaters hit the streets but there’s still a chance of showers.

The Weather Service also says it will be cool, with temperatures likely in the 40s on both sides of the state.

Forecasters say a series of storms will bring periods of rain and partial clearing into next week.
