CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Police say a man clocked driving 101 mph in a 65 mph zone in central New Hampshire had a toddler in his vehicle and has been arrested.

The state police’s Special Enforcement Unit was conducting a traffic enforcement detail Friday morning with state police aircraft on Interstate 93 in Bow, a town just south of Concord.

Police say the aircraft recorded the man’s vehicle speeding southbound. A trooper stopped the vehicle, which also had a woman in it.

The driver was a man from Manchester. He was released on bail and is due to appear in Concord District Court in December to be arraigned on charges of reckless operation and endangering the welfare of a child.
