ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) - Authorities accuse a Chester County woman of showing up at her boyfriend’s hospital room and attacking his ex-wife.

The Herald of Rock Hill reports (https://bit.ly/1rWLlqb) Rock Hill Police say 31-year-old Julie Baker of Great Falls is charged with assault and battery.

According to police, a 44-year-old man sent a text to Baker to break up with her. She then went to his room at Piedmont Medical Center and began fighting the man’s ex-wife. Baker left before police arrived, but an officer noticed a cut and swelling above the ex-wife’s eye. The report did not indicate why the man was hospitalized.

Baker was arrested on Tuesday. Jail records indicated Baker was no longer in custody as of Wednesday, and it wasn’t known if she had an attorney.
