In this photo by Vincent Yu, a public art project titled “Scattered Light” is exhibited in Hong Kong. American artist Jim Campbell created the installation with 2,000 LEDs suspended from a support grid that are programmed to flicker, appearing to be abstract at times as people walk among the lights. Campbell’s installation and others in the “Fleeting Light” exhibition are being presented through mid-October by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
