CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) - Protesters are again calling for the arrest of the white police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black 18-year-old last month in Ferguson.

KTVI-TV (https://bit.ly/WZAg93 ) reports that the protesters issued their demands Saturday in front of the Buzz Westfall Justice Center in downtown Clayton. Among them were the parents of Michael Brown. Brown was shot multiple times by Officer Darren Wilson and died Aug. 9.

Protests followed Brown’s killing, with some of the demonstrations resulting in looting and property damage. Some people hurled rocks and bottles at officers, and police sometimes used tear gas and smoke bombs.

Saturday’s protest was peaceful. The National Action Network organized the vigil and march, which began at 12:30pm. About 100 supporters attended the event.
