Despite separating his shoulder in the Redskins’ 41-10 victory over Jacksonville on Sunday, wide receiver DeSean Jackson is planning on playing in four days when Washington travels to face Philadelphia, his old team.

“If it’s all on me, I’m playing,” Jackson said Wednesday. “I don’t plan on missing this game.”

Jackson left Sunday’s game with 6:54 remaining the first quarter when, after running a deep route, the pass from quarterback Kirk Cousins was broken up by Jaguars strong safety Josh Evans.

He finished the game with only one catch — the 19-yard reception on the same play where quarterback Robert Griffin III dislocated his left ankle — and played only 12 snaps.

“Just the impact of the ground and a guy falling on top of me is the biggest thing,” Jackson said. “I’m just irritated. To finish a game like that was tough.”

The game was only the second for Jackson with the Redskins after he spent his first six seasons with the Eagles. He said the upcoming game at Lincoln Financial Field is one he’s looked forward to since Philadelphia released him in March.

Jackson was a three-time Pro Bowl selection while with the Eagles. He still ranks fourth in team history with 6,117 receiving yard, seventh with 356 receptions and eighth with 32 touchdown receptions.

“Obviously, being in Philadelphia my first six years and playing there, accomplishing some of the things that I’ve accomplished to start my career, was obviously a huge time in my life, a huge part of the beginning of my NFL career,” Jackson said. “Obviously, it’s going to be a huge game for myself, and you know, it’s something I always looked forward to ever since everything went down the way it went down.”
