LOS ANGELES (AP) - A Los Angeles man found covered in blood and screaming has been arrested on suspicion of killing his 6-year-old son.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives arrested 38-year-old Alejandro Sanchez Thursday for murder. He’s jailed on $1 million bail and it’s not known whether he has an attorney.
Authorities say deputies were called to an unincorporated area near south Los Angeles early Thursday and found Sanchez in a front yard, screaming incoherently.
They found the boy in a trailer behind the house. He’d been stabbed and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Investigators haven’t released a motive for the attack.
