OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a car collision in Omaha caused him to crash through a van window.

Police say 21-year-old John R. Neal, of Omaha, was traveling northbound Friday when his motorcycle collided with a southbound van making a left turn. The force of the collision caused Neal to go through the side window of the van.

Neal, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to a local hospital and remains in critical condition.

The driver of the van, 75-year-old Robert J. Tedford, also of Omaha, was not injured.
