FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - The Larimer County Coroner’s Office says a 33-year-old man whose body was found at the base of a rock outcropping in Rocky Mountain National Park committed suicide.

Park spokeswoman Kyle Patterson says the body was found along the shoreline next to Glacier Creek about 200 feet down from Alberta Falls at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The Coloradoan reports (https://noconow.co/1BV6p1p ) seven people have died in the park this year, including two people who committed suicide. Alberta Falls is one of the most visited hiking trails in the popular Bear Lake area of the park.
