AUSTIN, Minn. (AP) - Police in southern Minnesota have arrested two Missouri men after a chase that reached speeds of more than 100 mph.

KTTC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1tWzJlP ) the Austin Police Department said Monday that the State Patrol told officers about a stolen car from Missouri on Sunday. An Austin police officer spotted the car on a highway and the high-speed chase ensued.

Police say it took two sets of spike strips to stop the men. They say they found what they believe was stolen property from Iowa in the car, as well as illegal prescription drugs.

The two men in their 20s haven’t been charged.
