EL PASO, Texas (AP) - El Paso police have charged a fourth person with murder in the death of a man found burned in a vacant downtown building.

The department said Monday that 18-year-old Brittney Stewart was charged with murder on Thursday. She was originally arrested on charges of failure to report a felony offense.

Police say the man had been dead for at least three weeks before utility workers found him. His identity hasn’t been released.

Three men were charged earlier this month with murder and a fourth man was charged with failure to report a felony offense.

Stewart is being held at the El Paso jail on $500,000 bond. Online jail records didn’t indicate an attorney.
