RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - A Rutland man has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison for conspiring to distribute heroin and crack cocaine.
The U.S. attorney’s office says 31-year-old Terrence “Stucky” Chenault was sentenced to 87 months, plus four years of supervised release following his prison term.
The judge recommended that he participate in a substance abuse program in federal prison.
Chenault had pleaded guilty to the charge in 2013.
