LEXINGTON, Okla. (AP) - Cleveland County authorities have arrested a man and woman in Lexington in connection with the weekend death of a 15-year-old boy during a party at their home.

The sheriff’s office on Wednesday said the two were arrested Tuesday on complaints of allowing a person under 21 to possess or consume alcohol resulting in death; child neglect; contributing to the delinquency of minors; and weapons charges.

Formal charges had not been filed Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office says deputies were called Sunday night to the home where they found 15-year-old Nicholas Faught dead. Sheriff Joe Lester said there was a group of teenagers at the home and that Faught did not live there.

The cause of death is pending the results of an autopsy by the state medical examiner’s office.
