JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say two children suffered minor injuries in a school bus crash in Jacksonville.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the bus was heading to Venetia Elementary School Tuesday morning when it was rear-ended by an SUV near the school.

The injured boys - ages 7 and 11 - were taken to a nearby hospital. A total of 12 students had been on the bus.

The Florida Times-Union (https://goo.gl/zm9hNL ) reports that SUV’s driver was cited with careless driving.
