PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - A movie version of the novel “The November Criminals” is the latest film being shot in Rhode Island.

Steven Feinberg, the executive director of the Rhode Island Film & TV Office, tells the Providence Journal (https://bit.ly/19IXZkd ) that the film crew will be in the state for about six weeks, shooting scenes for the movie in locations including Providence, Cranston and Warwick.

The film stars Ansel Elgort, Chloe Grace Moretz, Catherine Keener and David Strathairn.

It is about two teens who venture into a dangerous section of Washington D.C. to investigate the murder of a friend.
