RIDGELAND, S.C. (AP) - Jasper County officials have released the name of a man who was shot to death earlier this week.
A statement from the sheriff’s office said 57-year-old Mickel Bolden of Okatie died after he was shot Monday night near a convenience store.
Officials say 25-year-old Anthony Bolden Jr. was wounded in the shooting.
No arrests have been reported. The State Law Enforcement Division is assisting the sheriff’s office with the investigation.
