NEWCASTLE, Wyo. (AP) - The Bureau of Land Management has imposed partial fire restrictions in Weston, Crook and Niobrara counties due to dry conditions and high fire danger.
The restrictions include prohibiting fires or campfires outside agency-provided fire grates at developed recreation sites and smoking outside a vehicle or building at a developed recreation site.
Much of Wyoming has seen unseasonably dry and warm conditions this spring, and red flag warnings have already been issued on certain days.
