GADSDEN, Ala. — Authorities believe six deer at an Alabama park were run to death when dogs got into the animals’ enclosure.

A police report estimates the deer died at Noccalula Falls Park between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday according to AL.com (https://bit.ly/1FGyC19).

Officials say they believe two dogs got into the area and chased the deer until they died.

Two deer escaped. One dog was captured, while the other escaped.
