CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Gas prices in New Hampshire have risen a little over a penny per gallon in the past week, to an average of $2.28.

Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in the state, says that’s 11 cents less than the national average, which increased half a cent, to $2.39 a gallon.

Gas prices in New Hampshire are nearly $1.22 per gallon lower than they were a year ago and are 11 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.



The national average decreased 4.9 cents per gallon in the last month and stands nearly $1.25 a gallon less compared to a year ago.
