BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota’s Senate has approved a $198.9 million two-year budget for the state Health Department.

The Senate unanimously approved the budget on Monday. The House earlier approved $188.5 million for the agency’s two-year budget.

The measure now goes to a House-Senate conference committee to work out a compromise.
