St. Louis police probe slaying of woman found in field

ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police are investigating the shooting death of a 35-year-old woman whose body was found in a field.

Authorities say 35-year-old Tameeka Brown was found dead about 12:10 a.m. Monday.

Investigators say she had been repeatedly shot.

There was no immediate word on any arrests or charges.
