2 charged with stealing $2,000 in jewelry from home

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have charged two people with stealing $2,000 worth of jewelry from a neighbor’s home.

Officers say a resident reported on March 22 that the jewelry had been taken. The resident also reported last week that more items had been taken from her home.

Police say an investigation led to the neighbors.

Thirty-four-year-old Laura Clark and 35-year-old Christopher Kenner were arrested Monday and each charged with theft, conspiracy and selling stolen property.
