NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - The New Hampshire attorney general’s office says a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a suspect in connection with the stabbing death of a Nashua man in March.
Police say 20-year-old Stephan Peno of Nashua has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, and falsifying physical evidence for his involvement in the events that led to the death of Benjamin Marcum on March 12.
Jonathan Goff was arrested on March 14 and charged with second-degree murder.
Police are asking the public for help in finding Peno, who was last seen in Nashua around April 1.
Peno is 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds, with black hair, green eyes and tattoos on his arms, including a skeleton/ghost and “NFL” on his right arm, and “603” on his left arm.
